“If you do what’s right,if you live the right way, you’ll be taken care of”
-Rachel Castillo

What this quote is trying to say is that when you do what is right you will receive great blessings. It is also saying that if you do what is right everything will be okay. People will love having you around and they will see you as a good influence and take care of you. Your parents would be proud of you and you will also gain trust and respect. If you go out and start drinking, smoking or selling drugs or getting in gangs people won’t take you seriously and if you mess with the wrong people they will do something bad to you. So why risk your life, why make bad choices? If people see that you try to do the right choices and that you’re not in bad stuff they will try to help you. You should follow your dreams , make a good person out of yourself and make your parents proud of you. Hang  out with good people, not bad. Don’t do something you’ll regret in the future because just how they say “ the what if’s don’t exist” so do what is right now.

“Right is right only when entire”
Victor Hugo

What this quote is trying to say is that no matter what ,right will always remain right. Nobody can change an ctr action into a negative action. Let’s say you tell your mom you are going over a friends house to study and you mom allows you because she trusts you and she cares about your education. So you get ready and leave your house, you must be at home by 10:00p.m  and get to your friends house. You get there and your friend is ready and you get well dressed and head to a party. That is a Ctw action. You need to obey. Not only that you get there and everyone starts drinking and you do so as well. You realize it’s way passed 10 and check your phone and realize you have a lot of missed calls. You get home and your mom is there waiting for you. You get grounded and lose your privileges for doing what is wrong. So do what is right because right is right , always.

Good quality people
“Associate yourself with men of good quality if you esteem your own reputation; for ‘tis better to be alone than in bad company.”
What this quote is trying to say is that you should make sure of who you spend time with, who you associate with because that pretty much describes who you are as person but also maybe you aren’t like them but people might see you or compare you to them and that will bring you a bad name. You shouldn’t be around people that are bad influences and persuade you into doing bad things. They might want you to smoke, drink, steal, drop out of school, or sell drugs or bad things. These aren’t things that will end well. There’s a saying in spanish that says “lo que empieza mal termina mal” This means that what starts bad will end bad because you can’t make something wrong seem right no matter how hard you try. You are better off being alone then spending time with those who don’t think of the future. Yeah you might think that they care and that they are friends but honestly in my point of view, friends come and go and if they were really friends they wouldn’t want you doing bad things. You should never change who you are just to be cool or be like someone else. Those who do bad things are sooner or later going to get caught. So why not spend time with those who care and want a good future and not only that but also care about their friends and try and lead them to the right path by giving them good advice. Surround yourself with ctr people.

  1. What is Presidents Day?
Presidents’ Day is an American holiday celebrated on the third Monday in February. Every third Monday in February. This year it will be on the February 20
  1. What are several ways to show honor and respect on Presidents Day?
We can remember both Abraham Lincoln and George Washington since the holiday mostly focuses on them two. You can talk about them and educate those who don’t know about the holiday. Don’t talk bad about them.
  1. How can you show honor and respect on President’s Day?
We can thank the president or we can send flowers to their grave or also have a moment of silence.
