I really like this quote because it is very true and if we think about if we didn’t do anything we really wouldn’t know what to do. Watching and listening won’t help us figure out something. But at times listening does come in handy. Sometimes you might get annoyed when your parents tell you what to do and what not to do but if you think about it , they do it not to bother you but because they want the best for you. It’s also has to do with how they say that we learn from failing. Failure should always motivate us to doing better next time. Everyone learns from their mistakes , because once you fail you get ideas of what you could have improved. For example, i’m currently learning to how to play the guitar and at first i couldn’t even pass the first test but i kept on practicing and now i passed two but i’m stuck on the other one’s but i’m not giving up. In order to learn by doing you must keep a positive attitude and never give up and like always you must choose the right.

This quote that i made is important to mean because i can relate to it since what i’m trying to say by it is that anything is possible if you go through the right path. By that i meant that you have to make good , positive choices. As they say , “if you dream it you can live it” which pretty much relates to my quote. In my opinion everything is possible . Yeah sometimes you might fail to what you are heading for but if you think about it every time you fail you learn something new wh8ich is actually great because we should all learn from our consequences. But you should always aim to choosing what’s right to always receive blessings and positive things in your life. Everyone in life tries to do great in life and try to make all their dreams come true and some figure out that nothing is impossible in life.

Emergency Medical Technician

Duties and responsibilities: The duties of an Emergency medical technician are to rush to rush to the scene of crisis and perform basic life saving techniques. This includes burn management, patient assessment, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and extrication of patients from dangerous situations.

Salary: $31,700

Education: In order to become an emergency medical technician you must have a certified, approved EMT level.

Demand or need for this profession: This professions has grown from 2014 and is expected to continue growing until 2024 at about 24% growth.

Reflection: No i would not like to be an emergency medical technician because you have to be quick and have everything memorized in order to be able to help the injured patient and it just isn’t something that i want to do .

Ear Nose Throat Doctor

Duties and responsibilities: They are physicians trained in the medical and surgical treatment of the ears, nose, and throat the related structures of the head and neck. The ENT is known as the oldest medical speciality in the united states. These doctors are also known as otolaryngologists. Otolaryngologists focus on the ears treat hearing disorders, infections, balance disorders, nerve pain, ear noise (tinnitus), and cranial nerve disorders.

Salary: $369,790

Education: 4 year medical degree and 5 year ENT residency

Demand for this profession: these doctors are necessary because they treat and care about patients and they are professionally trained and this job is one of the oldest medical speciality in the U.S.

Reflection: i would probably not a be one although their job seems very simple. I say that because my doctor does all that very quickly. I just don’t see myself doing that.

OBEDIENCE

Reflection: This quote is very important because as we grow up we learn what’s right and what’s wrong. Also as we grow up and go through different obstacles and experiences in which we learn about the right things we should and shouldn’t do. You should always obey and listen to those who give you advice and also your parents because they ask you to do stuff not to bother you but because they want the best for you. Obedience will lead you to a great happy path unlike those who disobey. Everything that starts bad will end bad which is why it is best to do what’s best for your life. There’s really nobody that disobeys that can say they are happy, they might pretend but deep inside they are very unhappy. You should always choose the right and always think twice before doing something in order to avoid bad consequences. For example parents tell their kids not to smoke and all or get tattoos because those things can like come in between when you try to get a job, only at some jobs . Smoking can cause you to feeling ill and other harmful consequences. This is why it’s better to obey .

LA schools boast more winners of the United States Academic Decathlon championships-12-than any other District in this country. Their goal is to try and help you graduate and apply to a college to succeed great things in life with a career you love .  They also help you improve in skills that you are going to need throughout life. They expect for every one of you to come to school prepared to learn new skills and talents so you can use them to make a difference once you cross the graduation stage. Almost one out of every 10 high school graduates in America comes from LAUSD.

"choosing the right is always the right thing to do"

I think that this quote is very true because choosing the right leads you through the right path. Therefore choosing the right is the right thing to do. A lot of people don't really understand that and they end up making bad choices which is really bad but they never learn until something bad occurs. Sadly not  everyone learns from their bad choices but some do and that's when they decide to improve for the best. But as Alex said it is best to always choose the right because that will make you happy. It will bring out the best in you. Not only that but people would see you in a very good positive way. Choosing the right benefits you in so many ways such as keeping yourself safe and away from trouble. It is the right thing to do because their is nobody who feels good after making wrong choices. They always have guilt haunting them and i'm sure nobody enjoys that. So why not do the right and receive blessings and great things in life. 

Dermatologists  

Duties and responsibilities: dermatologists serve individuals aesthetic concerns. There are also cosmetic dermatologists. They provide surgical and medical treatments for people with people with problems such as bacterial or fungal infections, aging, acne, allergic reactions ,unwanted hair ,benign skin growths, and uneven skin pigmentation.

Salary: $300,000 per year

Education: To be a dermatologists you are required to get a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree, plus four years of clinical training and a residency.

Demand for this profession: This profession has increased 14% and is expected to grow a bit more throughout the years.

Reflection: No i would not like to be a dermatologists because it just seems to risky in my opinion dealing with patients with like the fungus , and they might have delicate skin and i would not like to hurt them. I just don’t see myself doing that.

Reflection: This quote by John Wooden is very important because it's something that can help people not only basketball players. What matters the most is who you are as a person in the inside . This means that your personality is what's important , not you being better than others on stuff or you having money and all because you can be the greatest player, the most attractive but if you have a nasty attitude people won't like you or ever respect you. They say to always treat others how you want to be treated. In order to be a good player you must know how to communicate. Also learn how to control your attitude or bad language.You must work on those skills because you have to get along with your teammates in order to score and take the win. 

Forensic Pathologists

Duties and responsibilities: Forensic pathologists focus on determining the cause of death by examining the corpse. They examine wounds and injuries , they do that in a form called autopsy and if necessary they will examine the inside of the body. They collect and examine tissue specimens under a microscope to be able to identify whether the victim died of a natural disease or other reasons.

Salary: they win up to $80,000 to $200,000 per year

Education : they must first earn a bachelor's degree, then a medical degree, either an M.D. or D.O. Extensive additional education and training is required, including four to five years of training in anatomic, clinical and/or forensic pathology and a one-year residency or fellowship in forensic pathology.

Demand for forensic pathologists: there are more than 2,000 laboratory tests available for bodily fluids, and therefore the ongoing training in this field is extensive.

Reflection: Yes i would love to be a forensic pathologist. This is actually my dream job . It has always caught my attention ever since i was small since i would watch forensic shows on discovery channel with my dad.This profession is seriously interesting and i find it very cool investigating the cause of a person’s death.

Reflection: This quote which was written by Pathros is very wise and important because it has a very important message by saying that you feel happiness inside your heart , money doesn't make everyone happy. Having money in your bank account, in your pocket might be a good feeling and yes its wealth but as they say money comes and goes. For example there are so many famous people and also other rich people that have everything and they make it seem like they are happy but they aren't . Some even have a bad heart and just care about themselves. Money doesn't bring happiness. What matters is whats inside of you, what you feel , and how you express it and that is in your heart. Some families really don't have much and they are really happy which shows that money isn't what makes everything better. Maybe money will make you feel good and happy for a while. But what you feel inside is more valuable and important. 

Dental assistant

Duties and responsibilities: Dental assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties, and often work chair-side as dentists examine and treat patients. They make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair, prepare them for treatment, and obtain their dental records. During the process they hand over the tools needed while treating the patient. They work under the supervision of a dentist due to them being assistants.

Salary: $34,500 annually

Demand for this profession: this profession as a dental assistant is 18% much faster than average , therefore it shows us that they do come in handy and they are very necessary.

Reflection: No i would not like to a dental assistant because they really don’t earn much . I mean they earn average but maybe later in the future it won’t be enough money annually and i just don’t see myself being a dentist assistant.

 Chiropractor

Duties and responsibilities: Chiropractors are health care providers who work with patients that are dealing with problems related to bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons. They usually work either in private practice or in health care clinics. They usually provide  musculoskeletal therapy which involves adjusting their patient’s spinal column and other joints by hand. Additional diagnostic tests are provided if the patient needs x-rays or has to evaluate its posture.

Salary: $66,160

Education: Doctoral or professional degree

Demand for this profession: As a consumer the demand for alternative health care increases. Chiropractors is expected to increase 28% between 2008-2018 which is much faster than the average for all occupations. Therefore the employment level will grow over the years.

Reflection: No i would not like to be a chiropractor  because they deal with injured people with like back problems and all and they have to know how to massage them correctly and i’m afraid i’ll make them go through more pain. I also feel like i don’t have have the strength.

This quote is really important and true because others and i , well pretty much everyone can relate to it. Doing bad things will always have you overthinking and wondering what the consequences are. You pretty much won't be able to be in peace , it's always like guilt haunting you. Yeah sometimes you'll do something bad  and won't get caught and you'll think you'll never get caught. There's this saying that says "what starts bad ends bad" and i'ts very true which is why it's important to always do what's right. Making right choices will always make you feel great and more like confident and all. Not only that , it'll make your parents trust you because you will be a well responsible mature person. i can relate to this because sometimes i have disagreements with a family member and i end feeling bad because sometimes i say or do things i don' mean and i feel bad but when i obey or the right thing i feel great. Also with my grades , i tend to feel disappointed when i do bad because i know i'm capable of more . once again this is a very important quote by Abraham Lincoln which everyone should keep i mind all the time.

         "the key to freedom is obedience. The more obedient we are , the more freedom we have."

Reflection: This a very important quote written by Boyd K.Packer because obedience is the freedom to success. When you are obedient you gain trust and so many wonderful positive things. I say it because my parents let me out with friends and all when i'm obedient. It is always important to choose the right. If you are bad you wont get anything if you are good you'll see how much better everything is .Being obedient is very important because if you do the right things because that leads you to great things in life. For example if you are obedient in school and do everything and get good grades you will have a chance to attend college because if you don't do anything it less likely that you'll go to a good college. Another thing is that when you are obedient you will be respected by others and you'll be a good influence , bad/disobedient people  are really never respected and they usually never go far in life such as succeeding. It is always important to obey , you have to earn your freedom it wont just come to you. Always make the right choices and listen to those who care about you and want your well-being. 

                                                         9/11 Memorials 

  The 9/11 attack was  a series of four coordinated terrorist attacks by the Islamic terrorist group al-Qaeda on the United States on the morning of September 11, 2001.  Over 3,000 people were killed during the attacks in New York City and Washington, D.C., including more than 400 police officers and firefighters.  Under the leadership of Osama bin Laden, al-Qaeda has carried out many terrorist attacks all over the world, but the attacks on the attack which they made on September 11 was the deadliest one since the buildings were occupied and a lot  of people died. Two of the hijacked planes hit nearly identical skyscrapers, known as the twin towers, at a complex called the World Trade Center in New York. The buildings collapsed, and thousands of people died. A third plane was flown into the Pentagon in Arlington, where the U.S. military is headquartered, killing 189 people. A fourth plane, thought to be heading for the Capitol in Washington, crashed in rural Pennsylvania after passengers on board fought the hijackers. All 44 people on the plane were killed. When this happened i was barely like a few months old so i really don't know nor remember much but in school i was thought about it which is why i know what occurred. 

I really think this is sad because a lot of innocent people died. I really admire those who risked their lifes to help others.

Obedience

Reflection: This quote by Thomas S. Monson is very important because obedience is when you listen and do to what you are told to do. If you aren't obedient you you will not be so great but it also depends on what they tell you to do . You also have to know what is right and what is right and you should always chose the right and avoid the bad things to stay away from problems. For example every child should be obedient and respect older people. They have to understand that sometimes they are told to do stuff but later in life it will benefit them and obeying and doing the right things will help them become a good person.
