This quote is very inspiring to me , not only that but Tyler Haws story. He has faith and hope and puts god before anyone else. Tyler wasn’t one of the very best basket players as a young kid. He had to practice very hard to get to where he is now. He set goals for himself, he was cut off of a very good basketball team when he was in the third grade. That motivated him to work and practice harder on his skills to bring out the best of him. He would wake up early head to the church’s gym and practice. He started noticing improvements. He also left to his mission, Something that was very important to him. All of his hard work payed off. Having faith, not giving up , trying his hardest everyday led him to being BYU’s scoring leader of all time. Not giving up is very important. If someone brings you down, get back on your feet and show them that you are better. If you want something keep on practicing because little by little you’ll notice improvements and your hard work will pay off. All hard work pays off, not only in sports but academically as well or with whatever you want. You just have to keep on going and not give up at all.

What this quote is trying to say is that you must gain what you want. Everyone wants to be independent and have freedom. This comes with earning your parents or others trust. If you want that you must not give up. Independence and freedom isn’t something that is handed to you easily, you must try your hardest to receive it. You can start off by thinking twice before you do something just to make sure you are making the right choice. Sometimes you might have those two things when doing the wrong but you won’t ever be happy and you really won’t go far in life because wrong can’t ever be seen as wrong. For example, my parents make me earn everything. By everything i mean that i have to earn their trust in order to get a little freedom and do good in school. I know they do that for my own good because they want the best for me and they want me to do what is right. The answer to being a successful person is choosing the right. Doing well in school, no copying. Everything takes a bit of effort but if you try you can go far in life and once you’re older have freedom and be proud of yourself and be independent. It’s all up to you because you have to make choices on your own, so always think of what you choose. Choose the right at all times, there is no other way.

That sure would be a great feeling and if you think about it, that doesn’t only help you but it also helps you those who need a little of motivation. You might be admired by others and they’ll be like damn i want to be like guy or girl. Little by little all your hard work will pay off. You set goals for yourself, that is a great way to follow what you want and also stay committed and don’t give up on your dreams and strive to be a really great person in life. Remember what matters the most is your character. Being great doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll have more than others. It means that you have a good personality and that you make the right choices. You seek for the long term happiness with no guilt at the end. Anything is possible and anyone can become a great person if they try. For example you must be good in school and also at home with your parents. It’s never to late to try and be a great person.

What this quote is trying to say or make you think about is if some of the bad decisions are worth taking just to get away with something. Not everything will be handed to you. We all have to independent and work hard for what we want. Everything takes practice and we should reach our full potential. We should never give up or try to find an easy way out of everything. Maybe you might feel good for a moment if you choose to do what is wrong  but you’ll always carry guilt. For example let’s say there is a soccer game, the final one and you are a forward (usually the one that has to score) but you’ve been drinking lately,staying up and you don’t have the energy to play. Your “friend” offers you some steroids to be better for that day. You take them and impress people because they’ve never seen you be that good. After the game ends you start feeling bad and face side effects. They test you and you come out positive for using steroids and they take the cup from you team. Everyone feels really sad and don’t even want to speak to you. You become real sad and can’t feel nothing but ashamed. Do you really want this? Why not do the stuff the right way? If you want something fight or it, practice, set goals, you will make it but choose what is right.

      This quote means that you can become successful and better without getting your way around things easily. You will eventually get caught and there will be really bad consequences. You can’t avoid the consequences, sooner or later you’ll have to face them. If you cheat you’ll never know what your full potential is. Cheating by using steroids has it’s side effects, it ruins your health. Not  cheating is something that will help you become better and stronger. This is really important because cheating can get you in really bad situations and you don’t want to be a part of. Getting caught will even lead you to going to jail for the rest of your life.  Why risk it? Even if it’s a competition don’t give up so easily. Losing does not mean you are a failure. It should motivate you . Every time you should try harder but don’t ever give and most importantly don’t consume drugs, or anything that can put your life at risk. Be honest, don’t cheat in any way. Educationally either. For example let’s say you copy in every class but then finals come and you don’t know anything. Then you start regretting everything. That is why it is best to make the right choices from the start.

Having a good character will lead you to great things.this involves doing what is right at all times. When you do what is right you will receive great blessings. For example let’s say you are aggressive and always copy, in other words you are lazy and pretty much don’t care? How will people see you? Of course they’ll think the worst about you and that can even give you a bad name. What i mean by that is that people will only know you as the bad person. Dale achieved many things in life because he always chose what was right and he never drinked or smoked. He avoided anything that could possibly affect his health in any way. He was a great man and a great example of what choosing the right is.

Many people look at what’s in the outside and never really notice people’s personalities. People judge people without knowing them. For example, let’s say you have to choose between hanging out with your rich friend, he has everything but he’s always being rude, and getting into trouble. On the other hand you have your poor friend, he’s kind and everyone likes him because he’s generous and stays out of trouble. Would you rather hang out with someone with a good heart or bad heart? Doing what is wrong can become a habit therefore it is best to avoid it and always make choosing the right a priority. That will not only make you happy but others will realize that you are a good person. For example if you go with your friends and decide to spray paint your neighborhood and you get caught and blamed by yourself.  Now everyone will think of you badly and will affect your friendship with people in your community. In other words if you choose not to go with your are doing the right thing and also let’s say that they invite you to smoke weed and drink alcohol, you know that there’s a probability that you will get addicted. You know that your decision will affect your life.

Sometimes stuff happen unexpectedly and you look back and say damn i never thought this would happen. For example let’s say your family is poor and then you set a goal for yourself as a little kid and say, “ i am going to save up all the money i get and i will go to college and never be poor again” You get that done and realize that you are capable of things and you have a vision in your mind and know where your future is heading. You must set goals for yourself because it’ll bring reasons to why you do stuff , positive stuff, and you’ll be proud of yourself. If you choose the right, make the right choices you’ll get great things in life, you should never give up and know that if you try you will have a great future. You have to plan it and write it down first in a journal to keep track of everything and be organized. If you write it make sure you get it done because nothing is impossible.

Operating room technician

Duties and responsibilities:They are in charge of putting the gowns and gloves on the surgeon and surgical assistants. Scrub surgical technologists set up a sterile operating room environment and are responsible for maintaining that field. Their chief job is to make sure the patient has the best possible care throughout the surgery. They pretty much assist and provide what the main doctor needs. The tasks of a circulating surgical technologist include obtaining additional supplies, instruments and any equipment that is needed while a surgery is in progress. The role of the second assisting technologist is to help the surgeon and first assistant with various technical tasks during a surgery.

Reflection: i think i would like to be in this profession, it sounds interesting and also because you get to be there throughout the surgery which is pretty cool. It really doesn’t take much to master this profession. By that i mean educationally, you assist the surgeon.

Always ask yourself what you think the consequences of your action would be. See the good and the bad of every choice you are deciding to take. This will help you when you are confused and don’t know what to do. For example let’s say your friends invite you to a party because they want to go drinking. You start questioning your decision and ask, is this bad or this right? If you choose that it’s right then you will face bad consequences, maybe not in the moment but one day bad actions come to you (karma). Drinking is not good , at all so you make up your mind and say you know what i rather stay home and watch movies. They get mad but you don’t care because you acted accordingly. Don’t ever let yourself get influenced by others. Do what is right for you.

You must work hard for what you want. Sometimes some stuff are too good to be true and some people like cheating their way out of many things. For example the little league baseball time did not win honorably. They cheated, they brought kids who didn’t belong in their team to play and they all knew but ignored it.Always remember to choose the right even in the worst situation possible. This is very important because if you want to be honored then you have to do what's right. You should never choose the wrong, also known as ctw, because then bad things will happen and you will be destroyed. How embarrassing knowing that you chose wrong and taken the price for a ctw action and then having it taken away. Why put yourself through that? Choose the right and good things will happen. Anything is possible, it just takes time and practice, and don’t give up.
