Health Educator
Duties and responsibilities:  These professionals focus on teaching patients and the public how to get and stay well. They make programs that encourage health and wellness.  They teach people how to make good health decisions, incorporate healthy activities into their lives and avoid harmful behaviors. They pretty much help improve the community and individuals by giving ways on how to have a healthy life. Some are also in charge of supervising the staff , creating posters and websites , provide information for those who need it or find appropriate health care, improve health resources and policies. They also collect data and other information in order to analyze needs and evaluate programs. Finally some also prepare reports for management.

Salary: $41,830

Education: Bachelor’s degree in health education

Demand for this profession: This career is very important because they are people who teach those who want medical professions and that is very necessary. People need to learn about their health and learn how to take care of their body in a positive way.


Reflection: No i would not like to be a health educator because i don’t think i’d have the patience to do so . I admire those who dedicate their time teaching others about health because they are very smart and talented. They have a great advantage because they don’t only help themselves but others as well.
