This quote by joseph is very important because he is telling you something that will lead you to greatness. When you are kind it means that you have a good heart. You should always be kind to others and treat them how you want them to treat you. Being kind does not mean they’ll take advantage of you just because you are nice. In fact some people will be like wow they have such a great personality. You should always try your hardest to be someone great in life. You have to choose the right in order to do that. Like selena gomez says , “killem with kindness”.  A rude person won’t ever be taken seriously so therefore you should do what you know is right. If you feel like you aren’t kind you should always try and make positive changes about yourself and be a ctr person.

Thanksgiving week

A.what you did

What i did during my week off was spend time with my family and then sadly at the vet since my dog was attacked by a pitbull.

I went to pizza hut, santa monica pier,veterinarian, forever 21,mcdonald’s, and soccer practice.

C.people you met

I met my uncles fiance.

D.movies you watched

I didn’t watch any movies during our week off.

E.sports events you played and watched

I went to soccer practice and i also watched america play v.s. Chivas and they won. I also saw barcelona and real sociedad play and they tied.

There was really no ctr experiences.

G. books you read

Reading is really not my thing so i didn’t read anything.

I did all my homework, i had math ixl homework which was online, my physiology homework and my two english essays

I.anything else

There was really nothing fun about it, it was sad, my dog died during surgery and it made my family and i really sad because we had her for 8 years and our thanksgiving dinner was ruined when the dog attacked her.

What this quote is trying to say is that manners make a person a better human being. Not only that but that manners is the most important thing. Manners make people notice you and respect you. For example before princesses would marry a prince , but they all want that guy that will respect them and love them. Still today most people look for that in the one they love and want. A person with manners is always respectful, kind, sweet and has a great personality . As i’ve said before what truly matters is what’s in the inside not the looks, not what they don’t or do have , but only if they have a good heart . You should always see having manners as a positive thing. People won’t take you seriously if you don’t have good manners. Nobody wants a disrespectful, rude, cold hearted person in their life. Overall manners will lead you to good stuff. Manners make good people. Bad manners will make you bad people. So you should do what is right.

What this quote written by marcus aurelius is that you should choose the right. What it means when he says “ if it is not right ,don’t do it “ is that you should always think twice before doing something. Let’s say your friend offers you some cannabis .You’ve never done it but your parents tell you to say no to drugs. You know it’s not right and so you have to make the right choice. You know that trying it will later become a constant rotation until you become and addict. After thinking of the consequences you respond and tell your friend “No” because you know it’s not right and you shouldn’t do it.

What this quote is referring to when it says “ if it’s not true, don’t say it” is that you should ever gossip about others. You should always stay away from people’s business and also you never know if they are just rumours and then you end up looking bad. Let’s say you have a bestfriend and she has a boyfriend. This girl comes up to you and starts rumours saying that your bestfriend’s boyfriend is cheating on her but you know that the guy is loyal and that he would never do such a thing. You go on telling your best friend and they break up and the guy is all sad and your friend is to. The girl that made up the rumour says you started saying that and you lost your friends. This is why you should always think twice before you speak and not say something that is not true.

Thanksgiving and thanksgiving day

The first thanksgiving was on November on the year 1621. It was when the pilgrims and the wampanoag indians Plymouth for an autumn harvest celebration. This was known as “ america’s first thanksgiving. The thanksgiving celebrated in 1621 wasn’t use a one  big meal it was a three day festival of eating, hunting, and other entertainments. This was due to the pilgrims successful harvest.  It is an annual national holiday marked by religious observances and a traditional meal including turkey. Although Thanksgiving celebrations dated back to the first European settlements in America, it was not until the 1860s that Abraham Lincoln declared the last Thursday of November to be a national holiday.

What this quote is trying to say is that you should never do something to get something out of it. Sometimes people do something as i call a selfish act where they do something to either win or lose. They pretty much expect something in return of their actions. Doing what is right is what matters. It makes you feel good about yourself and it makes people see you as a good person. Doing what is right. Fair and honorable makes you a ctr person.You should always be honest and speak the truth. Everyone should be fair and honorable no matter what. Doing those three things will take you far in life.

Reflection: What this quote is trying to say is that you should never try to be like the others. Everyone has their own personality and we should always try to be better. When we are better we create a better name for ourselves and we will be seen as a great example. I mean who wouldn’t  like or want to be recognized by others. You should always be honest because honesty is very important if you want to be taken seriously. Don’t just ever try to satisfy people with what they expect from you. Some people judge others by the way they look and you should always try to do better and to show them also that you should never judge anyone or expect less from them. You should never excuse yourself from not accomplishing something. For example i play soccer and let’s say i miss weeks of practice and then i come back but i can’t catch up to my team mates due to them improving and running faster while i was gone. When my coach asks what happened to me and why i’m not doing so i will i use excuses to make myself look good. That shouldn’t be done. That’s choosing the wrong because if i have to work harder, no excuses because being in the team is a priority. Always be responsible and try your hardest.
