LPN
(Licensed Practical Nurse)
Duties and responsibilities:  Lpn’s are in charge of Planning and managing patient care according to each patient's needs. Interviewing patients and recording their medical history. Obtaining patient vital signs and escorting patients to their rooms. These duties and responsibilities apply to those LPN’s that work in hospitals or private clinics.
Salary: $43,170.
Education:  Postsecondary nondegree award
Demand or need for this profession: Lpn’s are needed in nursing facilities and here in the U.S. they are struggling with nursing shortage. They are needed.
Reflection: No i would not like to be an LPN because i want to challenge myself with more. I still do think they do a lot for us and i’m glad they are there to help us.
