February 14
vALENTINE’S DAY is a very special day for all couples. Usually there partner shows love and affection by being thoughtful and giving something to their loved one.Valentine's Day, also called Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine, is an annual holiday celebrated on February 14. It originated as a Western Christian liturgical feast day honoring one or more early saints named Valentinus, and is recognized as a significant cultural and commercial celebration in many regions around the world. In 18th-century England, it evolved into an occasion in which lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards.
Who created Valentine’s?  Pope Gelasius I Declared February 14 to be St.Valentine’s day. Valentine’s contains vestiges of both Christian and ancient Roman tradition. Now in days many people especially teens like to spoil their girlfriends or boyfriends on that day. Usually letters are given or flowers or bears. Also flowers are given. Every February 14, across the United States and in other places around the world, candy, flowers and gifts are exchanged between loved ones, all in the name of St. Valentine.
